JULY DANCE INTENSIVES AND WORKSHOPS

TAP I: CHILDREN'S BEGINNER LEVEL (July 17 - 21)  This 5 day intensive for ages 8 - 11 meets 2:00pm - 3:30pm (1.5 hrs)

This beginner tap class is for those who have little to no previous tap experience. We will work on mastering the basics of tap using proper technique and terminology to produce clear, articulate sounds. Tap helps develop rhythm, coordination, and musicality - all important tools to have in your musical theatre skill set! No previous training required. Cost: $85

TAP II: INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (July 17 - 21)  This 5 day intensive for ages 12 & Up / Meets 3:45pm - 5:15pm (1.5 hrs)

This class is a continuation of Tap I beginner level tap. Students will expand upon previous funamental technique through doubling / tripling basic steps, new combination steps with challenging footwork and rhythmic patterns. Cost $85

TEEN MUSICAL THEATRE TAP  WORKSHOP (July 22 & 23) This 2 day workshop is for ages 12 & Up / Meets 3pm - 5pm (2 hrs)

This 2 day workshop will challenge dancers to learn a Broadway style tap number on each day. While skillsests will be mixed, a requirement of Tap II / Intermediate Tap is needed to participate in this workshop. Must have taken Bravo's Tap I for placement in class. Cost $75

 

 

TAP I: TEEN BEGINNER LEVEL (July 24 - 28) This 5 day intensive is for ages 12 & Up / Meets 2:00pm - 3:30pm (1.5 hrs)

BALLROOM (July 28 - 30) This 3 day intensive workshop is for ages 13 & Up / Meets daily 3:45 - 5:45 (2 hrs)

This 3 day intensive explores 3 various styles of partner dancing! We will cover Waltz, Jive, and Cha Cha with emphasis on footwork, transitions, turns, & a few tricks! Must sign up with a dance partner. Class size limited. Cost $85
