Many moons ago in a far-off place, Queen Aggravain decreed no couples could marry until her son, Prince Dauntless, found a bride.

Princesses come from far and wide to win the hand of the prince, but none can pass the impossible tests given to them by the Queen. That is, until the swamp princess, Winnifred, shows up! If Winnifred can pass the Queen's ultimate Sensitivity Test, she can marry Prince Dauntless and help all the Lords and Ladies of the kingdom to the alter.

This musical comedy is a hilarious tweaking of Hans Christian Anderson's "The Princess and the Pea." With high energy dance numbers (Shy, Spanish Panic,Song of Love) soaring ballads (In a Little While), tap, pantomime, jazz, and more, this dazzling musical comedy from Rodgers and Hammerstein has it all!
